I just acquired 2 partial bottles of Kodak Indicator Stop Bath. Not sure how old, though both are in the older square bottle. Color and odor seem normal. It was stored in a basement.

I would think it's still good.

Agree? Disagree?

If it still smells of acetic acid (vinegar) use it!

I recently finished a bottle of Kodak Ektaflo stop bath that I have had since I opened it and started using it in the early 1980s.

It worked fine until the end.

Just a word of warning, the acid causes the plastic bottle to become very brittle over the years, I'd pour the contents into a newer bottle, you don't want to twist the bottle apart when removing the lid. BTDT, at least I was holding the bottle over a sink and didn't spill very much.
