Hi All,

My first original post! I have come into possession of a Rodenstock Clarovid, aka Welta Solida. Very nice camera. But I'd like to have the 6x4.5 mask for it. Is there anyone who makes such a thing?

Welcome to APUG. Does this camera has a back red window for 6x4.5, so that you know how much to wind? Once I did 6x4.5 mask on 6x6 folder camera, I used normal black duck tape, double taped, for bigger thickens. It worked just fine.

I'd use thin aluminium, I've done this to make masks for my Durst enlargers.

the thin aluminum from a soada can works very well.

Thank you for the responses. I will try to get some thin aluminum or brass, or even some black plastic, and fabricate something.
