Just out of ideal speculation: I bought a box of Ultrafine 5X7 RC for making working prints from 35mm. On the back is a water mark, B&W Paper, I had only seen a water mark on Kodak papers, any other makers use a water mark on the back? If it is Kodak one of the last masters roll that Ultrafine cut and boxed? Or any chance that Kodak is making and selling rolls for rebranding?

It mostly is cut from some long rolls like 5"x1000Ft.

At least you won't mistake it for color, eh?

Definitely weird.

Well, at least some of Ultrafine's offerings were, and maybe still are, repackaged Kodak variable contrast paper. I bought some from them a couple of months back and it is clearly marked "Kodak" on the back. I'm not sure if it is PolyMax or PolyContrast, but it works well and delivers good results. I don't know if there is any more of this in their inventory, or who manufactured this new product. Suffice it to say that my experiences with Ultrafine's products and service has been good.
