I regret to sell this system I worked so hard to get, but I'm broke. Actually I'm worse than broke and the responsible thing would be to sell what I'm not using as much. So I'm sticking with my Leica and selling my Contax system. Also, I'm not a product photographer and I have momentary access to a terrible point and shoot digital camera, so the photos are not very good.
Contax RTS II body and winder: Good condition user with some marks and scratches, but the shutter is accurate, meter is accurate and everything works as it should. It just needs a new battery. The winder latch is a little wonky, but stays shut $125CAD
Contax RTS I body and winder: Everything works as it should, but with the little black cover piece fell off the advance lever. some scratches and scuffs, but no dents. $75CAD
Contax RTS 139Q body: Everything works as it should. Some of the edges of the "snake skin" leather are peeling, but can be re-glued. $60CAD
Carl Zeiss 50mm f1.4 lens and hood (AE - West Germany): Glass is clean, but has some dust inside that does not effect images. Body has some minor wear. Everything works smooth. Comes with metal hood that is in user condition. $250CAD
Carl Zeiss 28mm f2.8 lens and hood (MM-Japan): Glass is perfect, body is perfect. Hood is user condition. Everything functions smoothly. $350CAD
Carl Zeiss 35mm f1.4 land and hood/contax filter (AE - West Germany): Glass is perfect except for 3 small dust size dots on the front coating that you can only notice under strong light (I can't photograph it, so it's hard to find). I don't know what's it's from, but it looks like it can be cleaned off. I gave it a small attempt and was not successful. I didn't want to try any harder for fear of doing more harm than good. Since it doesn't effect images, I left it. Other than that, glass is perfect, body has minimal wear. Comes with Contax 67mm UV filter and metal hood. This is an extremely rare lens and is my favorite 35mm lens I've ever used other than my Leica. $1100CAD
