Of possible interest for UK members in the south.
My show at Fenton House in Bath finishes this weekend (so still time)and I have a new exhibition 'Cold Snap' opening at The Gallery on the Green in Warlingham, Surrey shortly.

Private view in on Thursday evening, November 9th (invitation only, for catering reasons, but invitations for the private view are still available [free] on request through their website I believe).

The exhibition runs from Nov 10th to December 5th.
Details of the gallery here: http://www.thegalleryonthegreen.co.uk

If any of you do come, please make yourself known to me, it would be nice to meet some of you.

I would love to see your exhibition Tim. Which airport would be best to fly into for the Warlingham exhibition?

Any exhibitions planned for Dublin maybe?

Actually Tim, Gatwick is far closer - only about 15 miles by road, or do-able by train (1 change). Getting there from Heathrow involves about 40 miles of the M25 or by train, going most of the way into central London and then coming back out again at 90 degrees... I live near Heathrow, so I know that section of the M25 quite well: to be fair, it's actually one of the better sections...

Cheers, Bob.

Hi Tim,

I am checking out times of flights. I am thinking of flying into Gatwick early on a Saturday or Sunday and back home same evening. Would this give me enough time at the exhibition?

Opening times on Saturdays is 10am to 5pm. I am thinking of going on Saturday 18th November, arriving Gatwick at 9:30 and departing at 5:30 same day. That should give me enough time.

Will you be in the gallery that day?

A quick follow up on this.
I just got back from the gallery having finalised the hanging arrangements for 'Cold Snap'. Some of you contacted me about the number of prints, opening times etc.
We have settled on 40 prints to show.
Opening is this Thursday p.m. and show runs until Dec 5th. Any of you are welcome to the opening but please notify the gallery first. It will be nice to see any of you who feel you can tackle the M25! ;-)

The prints are beautiful, Tim. I've just been today to see your exhibition, and I'd urge anyone else who can get there to go too.

I'll have to try lith printing now. It's a real inspiration seeing such work.

Thank you Pete. I've just come back from the gallery too - just took in a dozen matted but unframed prints for his browser racks. Must have just missed you.

That browser rack is now minus one print as I am now the proud owner of a superb Tim Rudman Lith print. Christmas has come early, thanks to my wife.

Thank you Peter, that is the ultimate compliment on one's work. I'm so pleased.
Which print is it?
I hope you enjoyed the show too. You certainly came a long way from Ireland!

Hi Tim,

I got "The Morning Thaw 1"

It was a tough decision to choose one print as they were all so good. Where was this one taken?

I hope you do well from the exhibition as it is exceptional.
