I have two CP-51's that I no longer use. One I had been using in my darkroom and the other was an older one that I kept for spare parts. I think that between the two you should be able to get one running without too much problem. These are 20" processors with a water wash and dry unit. If anyone is interested, please get back to me as I really don't want to trash these as they still have some use left.

Oh my goodness, that's a great machine! Too bad it's a 8 hour drive from here!

Damn! I have a cp-51 that needs some work, would love to have one or both of these... You are in Buffalo NY? Not sure if it is feasible but will think about it. It would be a shame to trash these, they are great machines, and were $15k when new.

If these were available to the UK I'd bite your arm off. What a great offer to the community! <3

I have a member that will take them and will pick them up in April-. Kino- you say that it is a shame that I am so far away (8 hours). When I got my first CP-51 I had to drive from Buffalo to Richmond VA and still had to pay $3500 so I really don't have much sympathy for you:cool:

Thank you for the reply. If it falls through I would love them. I just got back today from an overnight trip to pick up a omega d5 xl near Roanoke...13 hours of driving total.

Yes, but drivng to Richmond is not as bad as going from Richmond to Buffalo! :D Why they ever named it Buffalo is beyond me. I've been there several times and have never seen a damn buffalo yet.

Ed,
That was my intention and I think they have landed in a good spot. The fellow who got them is building a new darkroom and I think he will put them to good use. I will be selling a lot of my analog gear in the next few weeks.
