I have been following a British historical show (whose name presently escapes me) that reviews how the "chemist's shop" has evolved from the early 1800's until just prior to WW1.
The series has 4 1 hour segmnets, and the first three have already been broadcast on TVO. I find that thye have been really well done.
Next week thay are highlighting how photography supplies evolved to be involved with the chemist's trade.
The other 3 are worth the watch if you get the chance again.
I caught the episode of 'Victorian Pharmacy' this evening, Mike. Great to see Terry King taking an exposure on his 11x14 (or was it a 10x12?) then showing them how to make a gum bichromate print. The dentistry and the condoms were a hoot, too.
