Trying to preparation of a concentrate similar to HC-110 (new 2019 version) [Deleted]

Prepare two separate solutions for 200 ml of concentrate.
Solution A (sulfite):
Potassium hydroxide ... 14g
Potassium metabisulfite ... 28g *
Water ... up to 75ml
(stir until completely dissolved)

Solution B (developing agents)
Ethylene glycol (antifreeze, propylene glycol, etc.) ... 100ml
Triethanolamine ... 2ml
Diethylene glycol ... 20ml **
Hydroquinone ... 30g
Phenidon ... 1.15g
Pyrocatechol (catechol) ... 0.2g
