Trying to find replacement Air Bulb for Kaiser Air release.

Can anyone please suggest where I might obtain a replacement BULB for my Kaiser "Pneumatic Remote Release"? The rubber has died and is flatter than week old road kill.

can you replace it with a blood pressure cuff hose ?
they seem to be robust compared to the kaiser i have ...
