I always try to make sure my hands are really clean before loading film, even in the summer they never get too sweaty.

The streaks have happened both when the film has been on the top or the bottom, though it seems to happen more often on the bottom one. I'll start noting that specifically since I'm only guessing at this point.

That could be the case, I'll get a roll and see how the film is after the test. Seems like I'll have a lot of things to test over the next few days.

In summer if you load the film in a changing bag you hands will be very sweaty. The problem it will create is inside the changing bag it will become so humid that the film will become kind of sticky and very difficult or near impossible to load onto the film reel, especially if the reel is a plastic one like Jobo reels.

I never experienced any streaky problem even my hands were sweaty and touched the film from place to place. The word "touch" does not mean handling the film with fingers intentionally or something like that. There is no way one could touch only the edges of the film without touching anywhere else accidentally.
