Trouble Getting Fuji X-E1 Shutter Count

I have a like-new X-E1 converted to IR by LifePixel. Before listing it for sale, I wanted to find the shutter count to include in its description. I followed the 2 methods that I found online but it fails to trigger the count. I had some health issues after the conversion and haven't used it so am culling some things.

I'm pretty sure it is not possible to find a meaningful shutter count on Fuji X-E1 and X-E2 cameras. I would be happy to be proven wrong.

I have been able to find a shutter count for my Fuji X-T1, but not for my X-E2.
