I've ordered a new Induro AP2 panhead from KEH. It weighs 4.6 lbs and is rated for over 18 lbs.
I'm amazed at the number and variety of tripods on the market, and the prices are all over the place. This one was $120 at KEH, $180 at B&H, and C$300 at Henry's in Canada.

I have the Manfrotto 3221WN with the Bogen 3047 head----------It is currently serving my Horseman 4x5 LE very nicely but before that, I had an RB67. You won't go wrong with it.

I used the 3221WN with a 405 gear head with a Sinar F, never seemed like it was sturdy enough. I now primarily use a Zone VI and the combo seems fine with this camera. I wonder if the Sinar F being higher above the tripod, or its bellows are more like a sail like than the Zone VI make the difference?

My Induro AP2 arrived today from KEH, only a week after I ordered it - that's just about a record time. The tripod seems perfect for the camera and looks and feels extremely well built. Tomorrow I hope to try it out, outside, weather permitting.
