Want to Buy Tripod collar for 200mm Micro-Nikkor AIS

Yes, I know this is a long-shot, but my lens came to me without its collar and I'd like to dress it up a bit. The AIS lens takes the later "thick" collar. If I can't find an original I'll have to make one, and while it would work, it would probably be ugly.

I'm in the northeastern US.
