Tricky garden lighting.

My neighbor just installed 2 sets of LED lights in her flower garden. There are 4 mini spots, the rest are used to high light the plants from behind.
I havn't the slightest idea of how to photograph this lovely display at night.Could a fellow member suggest the type of film to use and possibly a setting? (f/stop,shutter speed).

Dear Mike,

The light is usually VERY blue -- like a TV screen -- so you may need surprisingly heavy yellow or orange filtration.
