Antigen, Kodak does exist. The film is still produced by Eastman Kodak in Rochester. It is sold to the public by Kodak Alaris.

Indeed. All film, including the movie film stock, is made by Kodak.
Alaris buys some of what they manufacture to sell for still photography, including the TMax-100, TMax-400, Tri-X 400, TXP 320 sheet film, Portra 160, Portra 400, and Ektar 100.

You can just as well say that Ilford does not exist. It's Ilford Harman now. But both companies are happily making film for you to buy.

I'm elated we still have film regardless of who makes it.

I think there was some confusion when Kodak stopped producing Tri-X 320 in 120 and 220 roll-film formats. Tri-X 400 is available in 35mm and 120, Tri-X 320 in sheet film formats.
