I'm travelling to Hungary in April with my wife to visit her family, and would like your recommendation for camera shops in Budapest, Bratislava, or Vienna that deal in old film cameras. I'm specifically looking to trade in my slightly-broken but too expensive to fix Meopta Flexaret VII for a clean working version, but would be interested in visiting the shop regardless 'cause I'm snoopy.
If my plans should happen to change for any reason, and I do have the chance to scoot up to Prague, which camera store is it that you have in mind? After all, where better to exchange one Flex for another?
As Chris has already mentioned the Westbahnstraße in Vienna is THE place to be for analogue cameras and lenses. There are three shops I can recommend: Mint & Rare, Camera31 and the Leica (Vintage) Shop. All of them have websites and online stores so you can browse what they have in stock. "blende 7" has you covered with film. And "United Camera" sells new gear, but also has a window with used cameras.

It was almost 20 year ago, but I'm pretty sure that I went to PRO.Laika Spol and bought a nice looking Pentacon 6 and a couple of lenses for very reasonable money, about £60 UKP. It looks like it was in the place that I remember, although from the pics on their website, the shop looks a lot smarter and modern!
I was in Prague a few years ago, and I think the place Ann mentioned might be Centrum FotoŠkoda. Had a nice collection of used cameras for sale. Near the Mustek underground, and a tram line passed right by also.
