I tried accessing your site and it seems to be having a problem serving up the images. They really take a long time to load.

I did a traceroute from California to your site and it looks good. I can see you are running Apache server. The index/text pages open fairly quickly but definitely an issue with the images and backgrounds.

You might want to check that all is OK with your hosting company.
