Traditional Retouching anyone anywhere?

Does anyone know of a pro lab or commercial facility which still offers traditional hand retouching services from colouring black and white photographs or bleaching, retouching transparencies and black and white negs etc...

I do not know of any labs. However I do know a woman that was the person who did traditional retouching for a lab for many years until they let her go due to lack of work for her. She was quite good at it. If you had a specific question, I could forward it to her and see if she is willing to do the work.
