Anyone know how to track down the age of a Busch Pressman D? I have one in excellent condition with a 1950 vintage 135 4/7 Xenar lens and I was just curious if the lens and the camera matched up age-wise. Thanks.
PS: I replaced the original GG with a Satin Snow Glass and it's made a Huge difference. And no, I don;t work SS.

I don't work for Satin Snow either but I can agree with Huge difference. My Busch Pressman D had the same lens as yours but I cannot tell you from what year it was made. The previous owner said the 50's, so I accepted that.
I think the lens is quite good, sharp and even contrasty for one without coating.

Has a list of serial numbers and the corresponding manufacturing dates for the lenses. Good thing I bought 2 GGs from SS, the first one got cracked somehow after I put it on the camera. D'oh!
