I am new to large format, not quite sure about how the system works. Will this film holder (http://www.buzzillions.com/reviews/toyo-view-4x5-sheet-film-holders-2-pack-reviews) work with a speedgraphic (graflok back)?

Yes, if it is a 4x5" Speed Graphic, it will work.

You'll find DanielStone has a whole bunch of not-so-pretty film holders for sale in the classified section that will also work just fine.
