Want to Buy Toyo-Field 45a (110x110mm) adapter to Linhof / Wista and/or Crown Pacemaker lens board and more

I'm looking to use Linhof / Wista lens boards on a Toyo-Field 45a's native 110mm square mount... and more items. I know they are on ebay, but wanted to see if anyone has one has one here they don't need anymore.

So, I'm looking for a few items:

- Toyo-Field to Linhof / Wista adapter (96x99mm)
- Toyo-Field to Crown Pacemaker adapter
- Linhof / Wista boards. A few different Copal 0, 1, and 3 boards
- Toyo-Field 100mm back extension
