This type of adapter is used with wide-angle lenses mounted on recessed lens boards, where it can be otherwise difficult to attach a cable release. This one is new-in-the-box, still sealed in its little plastic bag, and includes two instruction sheets, one in English and one in Japanese. I only opened the box to take a few photos but didn't break the seal on the plastic bag. The box has a little shelf wear. B+H has a nice product picture here:

This adapter will work with Toyo lens boards but I believe it's too large for Linhof-type recessed boards, which are smaller. It's sized for a Copal 1 shutter, so use it with the 90mm
f/4.5 Grandagon (N) or Caltar II-N (same lens, different branding) or the 150mm
f/8 Nikkor-SW, or anything else in a Copal 1 that you'd like to mount on a recessed Toyo or larger board.
These adapters are out of production, and given last year's closure of Japan's Sakai Machine Tool Company, which manufactured Toyo products, it's unlikely they'll ever be made again. I'd like $40 for this one, a price that includes PayPal fees and shipping within the contiguous US states.
