I've never seen them offered in the US or, for that matter, by on-line merchants in other countries. Everything I know about them comes from this thread and a small photo in the Arca-Swiss catalog.

Yeah, I saw the pdf on the Robert White site. So, does anyone sell them anywhere on the planet? Maybe in some place in the UK or some other Englisg speaking country?
