What is the best lubricant for the focus rail on the TOYO View 45CF? Mine really binds in cold weather.

Lubriplate, and the equivalents, are a really great but old-fashioned grease. For rails on Graphics I've used modern dry teflon lubricants more successfully. Easily sourced at bicycle shops as well as online sources. They go on wet and dry completely so are virtually never going to attract dust or grit... yet are very slick.

That's cool, I have a bottle of "white lightning" from my obsessed with cycling days.

Amazing what shape 200 miles a week in Texas summers can get you in. I had zero body fat at that point in my life (I also didn't own a 90-year old house with 40 wood windows in need of restoration! I've gotten pretty good at rebuilding windows...)
