After seeing something rather odd while viewing this Shinto shrine on Google map street view, I had to go in person to see what it was. So I stuffed the Angel Cream doughnut, in my mouth, chugged my coffee, and headed for the train station (which just happened to be upstairs!). Tokumasu town is just a short train ride from my town of Kurume, on the Nishitestu Line (actually, I had to switch to a local train when I got to Yanagawa). All in all it took about 20 minutes, followed by a 5 minute walk to the shrine...

Very nicely done. Thank you. It teaches that one needs to stop and see the small things too.

Some of those B&W (IR or IR-like film—can't recall what you're using) images have an otherworldly feel. Very evocative.

A combination of the D850 with IR filter attached, and Mamiya-Six folder with tiny IR filter taped to lens... sadly, the wee lens won't accept threaded filters, but there is always a way around that!
