For Sale Tokina 500mm Mirror for Canon FD

I have far too many camera addictions and therapy suggests the first step to recovery is to admit it. Check!

This lens is not getting the use I thought it would as I am taken up with other cameras, lenses, formats, processes, etc.......

Tokina 500mm F8 Mirror in excellent shape. A couple of scuff marks on the outer part of the lens shade and that's it. Comes w/ front Tokina cap and Canon rear cap. I did use it a couple of times and I was happy with the turnout. Sample shots below are Canon F1, Tri-x and developed in Clayton f76+ if that makes any difference to anyone.

I found it to be very nice myself. I purchased it from a member here at APUG, but at the time I was working for a lab. Since then, I no longer work there and found myself dedicating more time to darkroom related things and now have not the time to use all the stuff I have. This is just sitting and I could use the money for other stuff I need.

It's been suggested a couple pieces of info might be useful.

This lens measures 9.5cm (3 3/4") in length w/o the caps or lens shade and about 78mm OD (3 1/8").

Also. its min focus is 1.5m or just under 5'.

This is info to be compared to the Canon version of this lens.
