A few days ago, while trying to find a cheap-but-functional Olympus XA on eBay, I was complaining to myself about how it seems like only other people find good deals on film cameras. Then this happened.

Well to be honest, I don't know because there were just SO MANY. I know I passed on an AE-1, a smaller early 80s Ricoh AF-something, a few newer Olympus point-and-shoots and a Canonet 28, but beyond that I'm not sure.

You, sir, get the Sumguy Award* for the Month. Those XAs were a steal at that price.

* sumguy: n. Descriptive name of a previous customer who just bought the item you were looking all over for at a unbelievable bargain.
"Leica cameras? I had a bunch of them for $20 each. Sumguy just came in and bought the whole lot. $200 for 10 film cameras? Who still shoots film?"

I think a haul like that would make me feel like I was 7 years old at Christmas getting a new bike and a daisy air rifle and more candy than I could eat. Holy moly your gonna have some fun.

Guess I'm picky, the only camera there that would get my attention is the FTb, all manual you know. Already have a Canonet GIII (again because it is machanical, no battery needed). It's a non logical compulsion I know but I have a problem with battery dependent cameras.
