Unfortunately, the link to Mark Citret's essay/article on his -3 development and his dilutions no longer works. I've pursued Mr. Citret's site with no joy. Can anyone help me find this information?

It's possible the article is lost somewhere on the new version of the site. If you can find the name to the specific article via the Wayback Machine, you can then search the new site.
I read the thread referenced by the OP also with interest. When the thread refers to semi-stand or reduced agitation, what is the agitation scheme? I have switched to Adox Rodinal from D-76 (for convenience) and have been using the D-76 data sheet recommended scheme with Rodinal 1:50.
Also, are there any ~functional~ differences between the various Rodinals available from different manufacturers?

Mr. Citret indicates that the timing of the agitation would be continuous for the first thirty seconds, then 5 seconds every 30 seconds for the duration.
