I managed to get a hold of a few roles of TMY-2.

Just my 2 cents worth - I am quite impressed with the film, and would suggest everyone giving it a try. In particular, I found it amazing for portraits on an overcast day.

I exposed at ISO 200, and developed in D-76 1:1 for 10 minutes (20 degrees C).

With respect to grain, I blew up a portion of a 24X30" (from 6x7 negatives) and was quite impressed with the fineness of grain / sharpness. When I get more film, I am anxious to try it out with Rodinal - should be sharp like a tack!

Bottom line, though I will still keep using other favourite combos (add to HP5 / Perceptol 1:2, TX320 / HC-110), I imagine using this film quite extensively!

Good to hear, I just bought a roll of 120 to try out. I'm afraid it going to be the triumph of hope over experience, though. Try as I might I prefer the tonal scale of Tri-x 320.
