tmax reversal kit question

hello people could you tell me please if first dev of tmax reversal kit is the same of tmax developer???

Kodak's published Reversal formula all use a Silver solvent like Thiosulphate or Thiocyanate in their First Developer, so it's highly unlikely it would be Tmax developer.
