I had a situation where I had to shoot some P3200 and need to develop it in TMAX RS. In the data sheet it does not say at what dilution I should process it for?
What time and temperature have gotten you good results with this combination? I usually get great results with the published kodak times with tmax 400 but p3200 is pushed so I'm not sure. I shot this roll in high contrast stage lighting.
I looked it up on the massive development chart and it said "stock". Does that mean I don't dilute my developer with any water at all? That sounds very expensive!
The Kodak times for this combination are based on diluting the stock solution (adding A + B) to a working solution using a 1 +4 (stock + water) standard dilution.
You can find the development time recommendations on page 21 of F4016:
Tmax RS is diluted to make a one gallon stock solution when you first buy it..you have to do the whole bottle at once because its sold as a two-part chemical and you cannot measure the second part because it comes in a foil pack. So the 'stock' the dev. chart refers to is the diluted solution.
