I'm at a friends so i dont have my notes. He shot some tmax 100 and foma 100 120 rolls, both at 50. He is doing his first time with pyro-HD. I usually do semi stand with mine, ag first min then 10 seconds every 3 min, but again cant remember my times. I think they were 18 min for the tmax and I've never done foma 100. He has had bad luck using massive dev chart, so he wont go blindly using those times (don't ask).

Any help would be great. He says they where outdoor high contrast landscape shots and he uses a diffusion head.

thanks

john

If you went 18 min for Tmax 100, which sounds very reasonable for semi-stand, I would only go about 16 min. for the Foma 100. The few times I've played with Foma I've had a harder time keeping the high values intact. Just me of course and I'm sure others will chime in. John W

Can't you sacrifice a roll on a well lit scene with all the range in it you want and do two or three experimental development time runs?

I can't imagine developing something you even remotely care about in a completely untested setup. Especially high contrast subjects.
