Titles

Some titles overwhelm the picture. They leave me wondering if the photo is just an illustration for the words.

It is called mixed-media. There are no rules about which medium dominates other media in a piece of work. The words might easily be the most important part of the work.

But anything can be done badly...that fact does not negate the value of it being done effectively.

I like titles on photographs ...
