Tiny water droplets on my film

Acros 100 @ 100 with ID-11 at stock. After the film were dried overnight there were a very few tiny water droplets on the film like pin sized. Any remedy for this?

I used photo flo.

Could be air bells in, future give the developing tank two sharp raps on the counter surface before you start agitating it.
