I did a search on apug but nothing came up. Does anyone have some times they are willing to share. Yes I will do some testing but need some times to get started with.
I used to use 13 minutes at the same dilution, agitating 10s every 3 minutes with TMY, Tri-X, and FP4+.
If I used standing development, I agitated for the first minute, and then let it sit for 30 minutes, agitating once half way through.
Well I guess everyone has a different idea of what semi-stand is. My apologies My idea of semi-stand is to agitate for 10 sec's at the beginning and then another 10 sec's at the half way point.
I will give the previous ideas a try but still would like to know if anyone has some times for the way I normally do semi-stand.
Thomas your "stand" development is very close to what I do. Looks promising. Thanks.
Ya I know I'm a fussy old bugger.
PLEASE let's not let this thread devolve into a discussion of what is or is not semi-stand etc.

I found info in my notes from Sandy King for the following, some adjustments will need to be made for TMAX400 but at least it can give you a starting point:
"Times for Tri-X should be very close to those for HP5+, but I have not tested this." SK
HP5+ semi-stand:
Pyrocat-HD of 1+1+150 for semi-stand. That is initial agitation for 1.5 minutes, and then once again for 10 seconds at the 1/2 point of total development time.
HP5+
high contrast scenes, 40 minutes
normal contrast scenes, 50 minutes
low contrast scenes, 65 minutes
Again, I don't use either TMax or Tri-X but the adjustments I have made for Delta and FP4+ (1+1+100/1+1+150) at 64 have come out beautifully. I just personally prefer long dev times. It's a visual thing.
Please post whatever results you end up with so we can all add it to our records.
