Time-O-Light Calibration Problem.

Ok I have a old Time-o-Light and it has been working good except it always went a little past 0 before it turned off. Well i thought I could adjust it a hair over so i loosened up the little red arrow and not I cannot get it to stop anywhere near 0 no matter what I do. Did i totally screw it up or is there a way to get it working properly again?

You'll have to open the thing now and advance the gears to their full stop and reattach the red arrow in it's proper full stop zero position.

It's sping loaded and as soon as you let the set screws on the red arrow go, the shaft runs out to it's most relaxed position at 60.

It's not hard to do, it jsut takes some patients.

I had it open already so I just did what you said. I think it is about a secount off though, I have to test it more. Is there a good way to calabrate them do you know?

step 1. purchase a metronome.

Step 2. find an opaque malleable piece of card board or tag board.

Step 3. throw out you Time-o-lite.

Step 4. enjoy consistent prints that are far easier to make.

I don't know chris that just seems a bit to esoteric for me at this point I think. I do have a timer with a metronome fetcher on it that is accurate thats how I know the Time-o-Lite is a bit off. Im working on it though. We will see what I get.
