Yes, we all hope you like grain, and a lot of it.
I used this combo in the 1980s when it was (briefly) popular with fast-shooters who liked what we then called the Ralph Gibson look. High contrast, heaps of grain.
In my case, I made the big mistake of going to Bali with a Canon rangefinder, and20 rolls of HP5 - I photographed everything with it and then processed the lot in a couple of batches, using PQU. None of my negatives printed well above 4x5", the grain was so obvious.
But if grain is your thing, well. Enjoy!!
