Bob's right, many of the papers that Tim mentioned in the workshop are listed in his 2004 article. The notable exceptions are he mentioned he's used J and C's Nuance papers and Adox with nice results. In the darkroom he printed on Foma MG (RC and Fiber, which he says lith print exactly the same), Fotospeed Lith Paper. The Fotospeed and Adox paper were available to us to print our lith prints on, although I'm not sure anyone used the Adox because it was slightly smaller than 8x10. The two developers he mentioned more than any other were Fotospeed LD20 and Maco's Superlith (both mentioned in TR's 2004 article).
He also mentioned that Kentmere is going to continue to make Art Classic, but with a different paper base and it will have a semi-matte surface and it will be released some time this year (I can't remember exactly when he said). He couldn't give an opinion on it because he hasn't had a chance to print on any of it yet.
In reality, he had so much material to cover and not a lot of time. We didn't get to go over materials as much as he wanted. My suggestion would be to go with what's on his 2004 article and wait for the book.
