Tidied up my darkroom!

And I'm down to about 50 cameras. Now that I'm almost recuperated from my hip surgery, standing and making prints won't be painful. Even for a year before the surgery, this was painful. I hope to get wet again soon.

Needed clear horizontal surfaces, and a new shelf unit. It had become unworkable. But it still has that crazy cozy clutter feel, don't you think?

Thanks. I see pics of different darkrooms and some are clinically clean and cold. Just a different style. There have been studies that correlate a cluttered work space to creativity. I need all the help I can get, so...

i can dig it -- I just did a show and had to figure out how to store the resulting framed prints, which meant finding room in my darkroom, which meant a new shelf unit in the closet, which meant TAKING DAMN NEAR EVERYTHING OUT OF THE DARKROOM.

Lotsa stuff, and not done yet.

My house is very small. I admire you guys who have a proper room to work. I do it in a toilet. No chance getting untidy. Have to clear out everything once finish.

Find any treasures? I always find something I forgot I had or assumed I lost when I organize a hobby space. Usually a few weeks after I bought that same item.

Today I received the Stoffer's Step Wedge to replace the found one that I could not find.
