Anyone have experience with the B&S wet plate kit? I have no desire to mix the chemicals from bulk as a beginner because that introduces way too many variables into the process for me to screw up.

I will be learning with trophy aluminum.

Three years ago, after taking a workshop in wet plate, I opted to buy the Bostick & Sullivan wet plate kit, for exactly the reasons you state. It was the perfect thing for me, I never regretted that choice. The B&S kit materials are optimized for a novice to get the best results possible during the learning phase. I think you will appreciate buying a kit like that.
