Thornton Pickard roller shutter?

Hi
Just picked up another Thornton roller shutter, but cant work out how it comes apart. Is there a trick to it, my other one just has a removable front plate. There are a couple of screws on the speed dial side, do they need removing? If so I would assume there are screws on the shutter side somewhere.
Also I cant see any mounting plates and was wondering how it would be mounted to a camera.

That is the same as the one I have on the left, which I have already disassembled. The one on the right doesn't have any obvious removable panel and Im not sure how to pull it apart.

Two screws and the lens grub screw on one side.
A single screw under the cable release on the other.


Looks like original curtains with some holes in the middle but no tares.....so far.


Pull cord has fraid and is preventing it from setting the shutter.
