This week I'm shooting with a Bronica ETR and a 50mm f2.8 Zenzanon MC to test out a 35mm panoramic back (Bronica 135 W) I won on eBay. I've put 2 rolls through it so far with one more test roll tomorrow. First, before I even took a shot, the leather that covers the screw that holds on the manual film advance lever fell off as did the screw. I screwed it back on and it seems okay. Then, the pin you push in that allows you to rewind the film fell off and is lost. I've been using a paperclip in lieu of the original pin. With the first two rolls I'm getting several double exposed frames. But the spacing between frames is near perfect and the few good images are nice and sharp. The 3rd roll I shoot tomorrow will be with a different ETR body and then I'll know where the problem lies. The eBay seller claims to never have had a problem with this film back..... of course.
Today I will shoot a testrolls in my Kowa super 66. See if it works ok. But eh I kinda forgot what kind of film I put in....Not too smart but I have a fairly dark room in which i can check it out.
O wait I did have the wrapper still laying around. It is loaded with Agf Rsx 100 from 2000.
Bronica SQ, Astia 100, some old NPH 400 in 220 that has almost no color shift- must have come out of deep freeze before I got ahold of them, some OLD TPX320 in 220 that I'm rating at 3200.
This TXP has a waxed paper leader and paper that I have never seen before. The leader was covered in blue XXXs and the foil pouch had a paper outer with TXP 320 that looked like it was a rubber ink stamp. No idea how old, im gonna push it a stop an additional stop in processing and see what I can get out of it.
