After some consideration, deliberation, etc. I have decided to reduce my inventory of Nikon SLRs down to a level that more realistically meets my needs. So, I have up for sale the following:

1. Nikon F5: A solid user, probably graded between EX- and BGN (KEHese): A few cosmetic blemishes, but a solid and reliable performer. Last rotation (use) was in early January 2015. Price: $300 USD + shipping.

If it wasn't for the big Ocean separating us (and import taxes) ....
This is a wonderful piece of machinery!

Aww Matt,

Go ahead you know you need it. Everyone needs at least three systems.

The problem is I also have 645 and new-fangled-not-film... so I'm at five systems... and if I get this, then suddenly a not-film nikon will want to join the herd too...

If Nikon did something that my current system doesn't, then I could justify it... Stop tempting me!!!!

In all seriousness, good luck with the sales.

Only five systems?? Beginner!!!

That was a rhetorical statement, wasn't it? Otherwise start a new thread and duck for cover ....

Geez, if the minister of finance would give me the ok I'd buy it just to have a spare. If it still available in late march when I arrive in the US i'll take up the fight to get the funds to buy it.

Shall we try again? Took the camera out for a spin this past weekend (shot two rolls of E100VS) and reconsidered my last offer, deciding that it was too low for a camera of this quality and condition. So, backing up, the camera is again available, at the price of $250 USD, shipping included to any destination in Canada or the Lower 48s. Elsewhere, I would advise checking re taxes and duty. See pics in the OP. Payment by Paypal.

The F5 has been sold. I trust terryw will enjoy this marvelous camera as much as I have. Camera is currently packing up its jams, tees and flip-flops and heading off this am to its new home in California.
