I had this Calcu-light XP for few years, but have been using mostly other light meters. Now for very light travel I am using it more. Probably the smallest and lightest meter with 10° accessory and fiber optic probe that I use on ground glass.
The 10° viewfinder is uncommon on 2nd hand places, but the fiber probe I have never seen another. It is a bit weird that this meter was not a big seller it seems.
with the 10° viewfinder, compact and smart:
with the fiber probe:
red diodes hold well over the years, and can be read under the dark cloth:
size comparison, the Gossen Profisix with the 15°/7,5° finder, the Sekonic L-428 with 10°finder, the Calcu-light is really small:
the Profisix is more versatile. I also have the fiber optic probes for the Profisix and for the Sekonic but they are significantly bulkier than the one of the Calcu-light.
