If you are serious about color printing, you could buy a roll and cut your own sheets. It's not really that difficult. I know it's a lot of paper you have to purchase at once, but maybe you can find a friend or someone who is interested in sharing the roll(s) with you. BTW the Kodak paper seems to be more tolerant to keeping conditions (Kodak box states "between 25°C and 5°C", Fuji box states "below 10°C").
