Well the RPS forum has an anolouge section though I seldome visit these days, the forum underwent a change a while back and I decided I did not want to keep the company of some of its contributors, this is a reflection of the forum and myself not the RPS, as not all forum members are RPS members.
I did look at RPS distinctions but once gained you have to retain membership to continue their use at £90 a year, where as the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain distinctions are once gained always got and no anual fee, sort of seemed a no brainer to me.
Over all I felt the RPS did not offer sufficent value or for money or interest for me to justify the annual sub.
