4X5 Deardorff Special Camera in Mint- condition. Camera is gorgeous. The camera even has the original dividing boards (reducing masks) which are almost always missing. The "Special" is a 4x5 camera built on a 5x7 chassis so you can shoot 4x5 or 5x7 just by changing the back. This camera was owned by a studio photographer who bought this in 1981 and used it twice. Its clear by the stunning condition that is/was the case. You may never find a better example. Ken Hough, who used to work for Deardorff, supplied me with the company record that this camera, # 2021, was sent to "Camera Barn" in NYC on 4/29/81.
