I haven't used any of the papers you mention (pt/pd printing) but I have dealt with Bostick and Sullivan and have found them to be very helpful and ready to answer any questions. The only one of the papers you mention that according to their website is bright white and smooth is the Lana Aquarelle. I would try to get a sample of a couple of the papers and see which you prefer. They have in the past been accommodating.
