Bought this delicious little morsel from the fabulous Phone Home Press and it arrived yesterday! No integrated flash, but I'm planning to attach an external one to see how it compares to a disposable. Midway through my first roll, hopefully going to get it developed tomorrow or early next week.

A long time club member of PHSNE, Eaton S. Lothrop Jr., had a thing for toy and "single use" cameras as well as one of the most extensive collections of more substantial gear in the US. When he died in 2008, much of his collection went to an auction house. His daughter is now selling off the small stuff, including "over a thousand" (her words) toy and disposable cameras on ebay. If you like this sort of stuff, it might be worthwhile. She goes by the name 1collectorsdaughter. We get nothing out of this, I just thought folks might like to zero in on somebody selling toy cameras.

Have a couple of this type, but cannot seem to get myself to load them up and try out. One is the venerable Vivitar PN2011 and the other is a Vivitar Slim and Wide, both Goodwill finds from years ago. I could short load a couple of cassettes but the only film I have in the bulk loader is Pan F, OK for bright sun I suppose.

Looks neat! like to see some of those pictures.

Jeff

Well, my first roll is no more due to a rewinding mishap, so I'm working on a second "first roll" and will post the results once I'm done

Good to know, thanks!

Still waiting to develop - the second 'first roll' didn't work out either, and I discovered the hot shoe isn't functional, so I put it on a shelf for a while. A few weeks ago, though, I ran a roll of Superia 400 through it and that's in my bag en route to the lab as soon as I have enough money to deal with the 10 rolls I need to get developed. To be continued... probably in January.

I have the same crap cam. You'll be sorry you didn't buy a $2 scratch off instead
