The lab that's too good

Most people complain some labs aren't good enough. I'd like to complain that my lab is too good.

I've been experimenting with skipping bleach recently. I've developed a few rolls and took them to lab to get some small prints. Today when I came to collect them the minilab operator came and said "The machine wouldn't accept the film so I bleached it. Here are the prints." Then he mentioned some lab at some mall not quite bleaching films they process. The bleach was even free of charge.

Isn't it still kind of problem with lab many would like to have?
